Privacy Policy

The short version

The invoices, receipts and other documents you create here are built entirely in your web browser. Your business details, client details, line items, amounts and logo are not uploaded to our servers. The PDF file is generated on your device.

What is stored, and where

Drafts and your business profile are saved in your browser's local storage on this device so you don't lose work and don't have to retype your details. You can delete them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
Fonts and page files are downloaded from our server like any website. Requesting them does not send your document content.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and which features are used. Google Analytics may set cookies and collects standard information such as your browser, device type, approximate location and the pages you view.

What we send about the tools: only coarse facts, such as "a PDF was downloaded", the document type, template, paper size, currency and an approximate number of line items.
What we never send: anything you type — business or client names, addresses, emails, amounts, item descriptions, tax IDs, payment links or your logo.
Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland: analytics storage is off by default (Google Consent Mode), so no analytics cookies are set; Google may receive cookieless pings without identifiers. Advertising storage and ad personalization are turned off for everyone.

You can block analytics with your browser's privacy settings, a content blocker, or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The invoice tools work exactly the same either way.

Advertising

We don't show ads today. If we add them in the future (for example, Google AdSense), we will update this policy first and show a consent choice where the law requires it. Ads will never appear over the invoice editor.

Payment QR codes

If you add a payment QR code, it is generated on your device from the link or UPI ID you type. That link is printed on your document; we do not receive it.
