Using the tools
Invoice Receipt Maker provides free tools to create invoices, receipts, estimates, quotes, proforma invoices and purchase orders. You may use them for your own business and personal records.
Your responsibility
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for complying with the tax, invoicing and record-keeping rules that apply to you.
- Do not use the tools to create false, misleading or fraudulent documents, including receipts for payments that did not happen or documents that imitate another business.
Templates only — not tax or legal advice
Our templates and guides are general information. They do not guarantee compliance with any country's tax, VAT/GST or e-invoicing requirements. Consult an accountant or your tax authority for advice about your situation.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Because documents are stored only in your browser, we cannot recover drafts that are deleted or lost. Keep copies of the PDFs you send.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
