Canadian invoice template with GST/HST
Pick your province and the right taxes are set: HST, or GST plus PST or QST. Add your GST/HST number and you're ready to send.
Template only. This tool creates PDF invoices; it is not an e-invoicing system and does not guarantee compliance with Canadian tax or invoicing rules. Check requirements with your accountant or the CRA (and Revenu Québec for QST).

Questions
Do I have to register for GST/HST?
Small suppliers with taxable revenue under the CRA threshold don't have to register. Once registered, you must charge GST/HST and show your number.
How does the province picker work?
Choose a province and the tax name, rate and any second tax (PST, RST or QST) are filled in. You can still edit them.
Is my data uploaded anywhere?
